Solidarity Missions
Solidarity leave allows employees of AND’s companies and local authorities partners to go out on a 2-3 week mission in an NGO abroad, during their holidays. The missions that we are proposing are part of an approach to support women's local development projects.Discover our solidarity missions !

Since 2000 we have accompanied hundreds of volunteers abroad. To leave with AND is to be assured that the voluntary collaborators will be prepared, supervised and equipped to fully succeed in its missions. AND is the only sending organization on solidarity leave that offers real cross-cultural training.
Preparation
6 interviews and a distance cross-cultural training by video conference, are the foundation of the solid preparation carried out over several months.
Follow-up
During the field mission, AND is remaining in contact with the volunteer, on request, to ensure the smooth running of the mission.
Return
Back, the former volunteers are reviewing and identifying the skills developed during the mission, with our team.
